Workshop and Retreat Leader

Contemplative Prayer and Reflection is:
Time we intentionally create to connect with God
Giving attentions to the presence of God
Breathing God in every breath
Silence from our inner being
Experiencing God through Words
Listening to God with Sounds
Feeling God move and dwell within our bodies
Seeing God with our interior eyes
Healing our heart and spirit
Resting in God
